| The system has been modified to allow each machine to change the width size of the comment field. To change the default width size, go to Housekeeping, Desktop Setup and select your machine. | |
| Changes to New EXE Main Screen (Not 2x) - Additional Fields Display at the End of the Player Name on the EXE | |
| The operator has the ability to determine additional information, (cart, bag, confirmation number...) that should be displayed after the member name. To set this up, go to Housekeeping - Desktop Setup and select your machine. | |
| Changes to New EXE Main Screen (Not 2x) - Display Position | |
| The EXE will now display the position for a shotgun right next to the hole number. | |
| Golf Genius | |
| The system can export members for an event to Golf Genius. We will create a file that you save on your desktop and import into Golf Genius. | |
| Mobile App - Course Conditions | |
| The club has the ability to set course conditions on a daily basis. The course conditions will be displayed on the welcome screen and the next Mobile App release. | |
| Optional Email Inserts | |
| The system will allow the operator to create HTML optional email information that will be added to all emails based on the email type and date range. | |
| Duplicate Historical Request | |
| The member has the ability to select a request from the past 90 and duplicate all the players and detail information for a future date. The member can click the projector for a tutorial. | |
| Changes to New EXE Main Screen (Not 2x) | |
| The operator has the ability to hide columns on the main exe screen. In addition, the operator can display 4 courses at a time. If your facility does not have the new EXE, please contact Chelsea for an update. | |
| Multiple Bookings | |
| The NEW exe has been modified to allow for multiple bookings. Click the checkbox in the far left side and either use Fast Book or right click edit. All the rows checked will have the same players. | |
| Tee Sheet Messages | |
| The system has been modified to allow the club the ability to set Tee Sheet "Timed" Messages that will display on the NEW exe. To create the messages, go to Housekeeping - Tee Sheet Messages | |
| Upgrading Password Security | |
| We have upgraded the password secuity to require at least 6 characters, one capital and one small letter and a number. We all understand password frustration, but it is even worse when your account gets hijacked and is used inappropriately. | |
| Member Tracking | |
| The system has the ability to track changes to the membership record. Go to Member - Member Tracking to determine who made changes to a record. | |
| Edit Advance Restrictions | |
| The system has the ability to edit the advance tee sheets restriciton code by date range and course. Go to Housekeeping - Advance Configurations - Change Advance Restrictions. | |
| Ghin Handicap Index | |
| The system has the ability to import the Ghin Handicap Indexes and print them on the external tee sheet. For more information on this feature, call 800-848-8291 extension 5. | |
| New Exe Quick Glance Dashboard | |
| The latest EXE has the ability to see a snap shot of total tee times, times booked, available times and checked in times. In addition, you can see a breakdown of bookings by membership types. Be sure you are on the latest version of our EXE, call us today. | |
| Clean Up Buddy List | |
| You can clean up the Buddy List by removing deleted members by going to Check Data Integrity - Clean Buddy List | |
| Print # Holes on External By Time Time Report | |
| You now have the option of printing the number of holes next to each member on the "External By Time Report". Be sure to click the checkbox before printing. | |
| Last Placement Ranking Report | |
| A new report has been added for the last placement ranking on the member side. Remember this is by day of week and represents the last placement for this day of week. To turn this function on, go to Housekeeping - Internet Setup - under the review section change Last Payment Ranking to Display. | |
| Recap Requested Tee Times | |
| You can now run a historical report of requested tee times. | |
| Unique Error Messages | |
| We now have the ability to display a unique error page for YOUR club. If you have an image you would like us to use for the error page, to replace the crying baby, send the image to programming@chelseareservations.com. | |
| POS - Information | |
| Clubs with the Chelsea POS System have the ability to review Advance Deposits, Credit Books, Gift Certificates and Punch Cards in the Golf Admin program under Review-POS. | |
| Duplicate Players on Linked Requests | |
| Players listed on multiple requests on a linked team will be clearly defined. During the posting stage, these members will display in red boxes and the name of the member will be stated in the error message. | |
| Recurring Requests | |
| Edit of recurring requests will allow the operator to find one member on a particular day of week and edit/delete right from the grid. | |
| Group Requests | |
| Groups bookings has been taken a new leap. If you turn on group requests, the system will allow the members in a group to make requests for X days in the future. The Captains can then review all the requests and place them accordingly on the tee sheet. | |
| Membership Type Recap Report (Current Bookings) | |
| A new booking report has been added to the system. The report will list bookings for a specific date and course by membership type (members and guests). | |
| Golfhits | |
| Chelsea and Golfhits/FSGA have partnered to offer the golf handicap committee a cloud based application that can record, track and report the individual golfer’s handicapping score postings. Golfhits automatically compares the golfer’s play history in Chelsea and scores posted in the USGA GHIN system. Golhits reports those golfers that played and failed to post a score and manages player notices based on USGA Handicap guideline. | Member Edit | |
| The member edit/delete screen has been modified to allow the operator to delete a member directly from the grid. | |
| Golfnet Handicap Analysis | |
| The Golfnet G21 Handicap Analysis is currently available. This report will compare members that are on the Chelsea historical tee sheet against the handicap information posted in Golfnet. This report will list members who played and did not post a score, members who posted a score and are not on the Chelsea tee sheet and members missing handicap numbers. If your club is not setup for this report, please contact Golfnet for your club id so we can get you set up. | |
| Login With Email Address | |
| The member side will allow the user to login with their email address. If the email AND password is shared, the system will require the user to use their member number. To change the login screen from Member # to Member#/Email Address, go to Housekeeping, Internet Setup and modify the Member Login box. | |
| Edit Recurring Requests | |
| The system has been modified to allow the administrative staff to edit any recurring requests. You can view recurring requests by day of week or all the recurring requests by confirmation number. | |
| Lessons | |
| An entire Lessons section has been added to the system. This provides the club the ability to add pictures and information about the Pro Shop staff. Members will have the opportunity to book half hour or hour lessons. The setup for this can be found in Housekeeping - Booking - Lessons. | |
